Privacy Policy
Plain language, no fine print games. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you give it to us (required if you ask for a text quote)
- Your service address and neighbourhood, if you provide them
- Details about your yard and dogs, and the service you're asking about
- Anything you write in the notes field
We also use Google Analytics to see general, anonymized information about how people use our website — things like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors are coming from. This doesn't identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Simple: to send you a quote, get you scheduled, and stay in touch about your service — by whichever method you ask for, email or text. Site analytics help us understand what's working on the website and what isn't. That's it.
How it's stored
Quote form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, and delivered to our business email. We don't run our own customer database or store your information in any other system beyond what's needed to quote and service your yard.
We don't sell or share it
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. It's used to run your service — nothing else.
Requesting deletion
Want your information deleted? Email us at hello@lawnandpaws.ca and we'll remove it. If you're an active customer, let us know and we'll walk through what that means for your service first.
